1. Accounts Officer
Location: Tema
Closing Date: 28 February 2025
Job Responsibilities
Manage financial records including payables, receivables, and general ledger
Prepare budgets & financial forecasts
Process invoices, bills, and payments
Review client accounts for discrepancies
Assess loan and credit applications
Reconcile bank and credit statements
Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Support audits and tax preparation
Skills & Qualifications
HND or Degree in Accounting
Prior experience as an Accounts Officer or in a similar role
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Excellent time management & organizational skills
2. Administrative Assistant
Location: Tema
Closing Date: 28 February 2025
Job Responsibilities
Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel
Prepare reports, presentations, and official communications
Handle emails, faxes, and correspondence
Organize meetings, conferences, and events
Maintain office files, records, and databases
Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking
Provide administrative and clerical support
Skills & Qualifications
HND or Degree in Business Administration or related field
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in administrative roles
Strong communication & multitasking abilities
