MTN Ghana is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Supervisor, Logistics to oversee shipping operations, ensure timely clearance of consignments, and manage logistics documentation. The ideal candidate will liaise with clearing agents, inspection companies, and shipping lines to facilitate the smooth flow of goods and ensure compliance with customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the shipment of goods via air and sea imports, ensuring timely clearance.
• Establish and maintain contact with clearing agents and inspection companies.
• Track consignment arrivals and ensure prompt payments for duties.
• Manage shipping documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on import/export activities.
• Monitor port operations to optimize costs, storage, and consolidation.
• Track and report the movement of goods daily to ensure timely and safe delivery.
• Maintain an organized database of customer orders, deliveries, and contracts.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Minimum of a Degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or Logistics and Transport Management.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics and supply chain management.
