1. Technical Advisor (Budgeting & Planning)
Project: Participation, Accountability, and Integrity for a Resilient Democracy (PAIReD)
Responsibilities:
- Provide tools for planning, budget forecasting, and fee-fixing processes.
- Support budget preparation and planning in line with guidelines.
- Conduct capacity-building activities for local authorities in budgeting and planning.
- Analyze financial statements to forecast needs and optimize revenues.
- Promote inclusivity in planning, focusing on women, youth, and PWDs.
Qualifications:
- University degree (BA/MBA) in a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in planning and budgeting.
- Strong knowledge of ICT and computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.

2. Trade Policy Advisor
Project: Support to the AfCFTA
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement activities with government and private sector partners.
- Act as the liaison for the National AfCFTA Coordination Office.
- Provide support for the domestication of AfCFTA.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring effective reporting.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in International Trade, Law, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a related role.
- Knowledge of AfCFTA protocols and trade facilitation is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.

3. Technical Advisor (Land Use Planning)
Project: Participation, Accountability, and Integrity for a Resilient Democracy (PAIReD)

- Assist local authorities in Geo-spatial Analysis for sustainable land use plans.
- Provide guidance on spatial planning laws and policies.
- Conduct capacity-building programs for local authorities.
- Develop tools for participatory spatial and land use planning.
Qualifications:
- BSc/MSc/MPhil in Spatial Planning, GIS, Urban Planning, or Geography.
- Expertise in GIS and remote sensing tools.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in spatial planning.
- Excellent ICT skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an asset.
