Job Summary: The successful candidate will be part of the Mobile Financial Services (MFS) Department as a Regional Support Executive. Reporting to the Regional Support Manager, MFS, the role involves providing real-time support to MFS regional teams, ensuring support for agents, merchants, and third-party companies. Key responsibilities include achieving 100% SLA for complaint resolution, acting as a single point of contact for regional teams, validating KYC documentation, overseeing agent and merchant accounts, and conducting UATs after product development.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum of a good first-degree
  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing or a related discipline

Core Competencies:

  • High personal standards and results-oriented
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong working knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications (Microsoft Office)
