Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary
We are hiring a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Accra, Ghana. This role involves facilitating training, managing logistics, and supporting seamless project implementation. The candidate will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate training for youth, women, extension agents, and smallholder farmers.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, evaluations, and feedback.
- Manage training logistics such as venue selection, catering, and equipment rental.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to meet project objectives.
- Provide administrative support, including travel and meeting arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and policies.
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to promote project activities.
- Create engaging social media content (text, images, videos).
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions professionally.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, education, business administration, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 2 years in project coordination or administration.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Ability to develop and implement social media strategies.
- Willingness to travel to Northern and Western Regions.
- Virtual assistant qualifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with youth, women, and smallholder farmers.
- Familiarity with agricultural extension services and training methodologies.
- Knowledge of project management tools and social media marketing.

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our factory site in Asutuare. The role involves managing production processes for biochar, biochar fertilizer blends, and wood vinegar while ensuring environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage carbonisation furnaces and mini biochar machines.
- Oversee demo farms in local communities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Maintain quality control and high production standards.
- Monitor and report production metrics (yield, quality, safety).
- Manage a team of factory workers effectively.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to achieve objectives.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
Qualifications
- Education: HND or higher degree in engineering, agriculture, or environmental science.
- Experience: Biochar or compost production experience preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and in rural settings.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
