Mantrac Ghana Limited is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee performance management, compliance enforcement, and HR policy implementation. If you have a passion for HR operations and a keen eye for organizational efficiency, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage and enhance employee performance.
• Oversee medical insurance policies to optimize employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with business and customer policies for long-term sustainability.
• Manage confidential records of employees, stakeholders, and customers.
• Administer and monitor employees’ leave in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain positive management-union relations to foster industrial harmony.
• Prepare and present monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in human resource management.
• Membership and certification from a recognized Human Resource certification body is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Ghanaian labor laws, employment laws, and industry standards.
