To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated Delivery Coordinator to help optimize our operations and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Position Overview:

As a Delivery Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our logistics operations, ensuring timely dispatch, smooth coordination, and outstanding service. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules and driver routes.
• Monitor shipments to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and clients to resolve any delivery challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and operational data.
• Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams to enhance delivery efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Prior experience in logistics, courier services, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with delivery tracking systems is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Tuesday to Saturday, 12 PM – 8 PM
• Location: Accra
