Dara Capital is seeking a dynamic credit officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients interested in obtaining a loan and provide them with necessary information to initiate the loan application process.
• Gather required financial documentation and assess clients’ creditworthiness.
• Calculate and analyze clients’ risk ratios based on credit scores and financial history.
• Make decisions on loan requests, either approving or denying them, and communicate decisions to clients and management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• HND in accounting, finance, banking, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a credit officer.
• Excellent knowledge of loan application procedures and lending best practices according to state laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in loan management software.
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated customer service experience.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to work with complex financial data.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Strong ethical behavior and ability to handle sensitive financial information.
