Job Vacancy: Warehouse Officer at Spectrum Oval Industries: Spectrum Oval Industries is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Warehouse Officer.
Job Description:
- Supervise receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Implement operational policies and procedures.
- Oversee security operations.
- Ensure safe and effective use of warehouse equipment.
- Maintain staff safety and discipline.
- Keep accurate records and documentation of warehouse activities.
- Monitor the condition and location of fleet vehicles.
- Assist with deliveries as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse management procedures.
- Proficient in inventory management and controls.
- Ability to operate a forklift proficiently.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills.
