1. Quality Assurance Officer – Academic Quality Assurance Directorate (AQAD)

Position: Quality Assurance Officer
Reporting To: Director, AQAD
Location: Accra
Closing Date: 24 February 2025

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee academic quality across university departments.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accreditation standards.
  • Conduct audits, evaluations, and assessments of academic programs and faculty performance.
  • Develop quality assurance policies and training programs.
  • Analyze academic performance data to drive improvements.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and professionalism of institutional data.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A good first degree and a Master’s in Educational Monitoring & Evaluation, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • At least two years of relevant post-graduate experience.
  • Strong data collection, analysis, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of accreditation processes and quality assurance principles.

  • A first degree plus a Master’s degree with at least 10 years of management experience.
