Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to manage office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will handle clerical tasks, ensure smooth office functions, and provide excellent support to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls, respond to queries, and reply to emails professionally.
- Prepare expense reports and manage office budgets.
- Oversee office supplies and order new materials as required.
- Organize and maintain company documents systematically.
- Forward correspondence, such as letters and packages, to relevant staff.
- Schedule meetings and book conference rooms efficiently.
- Hire maintenance vendors for office equipment repairs and replacements.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- HND or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in an office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of business management practices.
