Job Description:

Hollard Life Assurance Ghana Limited is introducing the Team Leader role to expand its sales and distribution channels. The role involves recruiting and managing a team of Business Executives (Sales Agents).

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Recruit, train, and monitor the performance of Business Executives
✔ Guide & support the sales team in achieving targets
✔ Conduct presentations on company products
✔ Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve team concerns

Qualification & Experience:

✔ Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
✔ Minimum 1 year experience as a Business Executive or insurance sales agent

Compensation & Benefits:

✅ Base Allowance: GHS 2,000 per month (with a minimum of 15 converted policies)
✅ Bonus: 50% of the Business Executive’s commission per policy
✅ Policy Requirements: Minimum policy premium of GHS 100

✔ Undergo orientation on Hollard’s products & processes
✔ Work under Branch Managers for guidance
✔ Meet higher sales targets than mainstream agents

Qualification & Experience:

✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in life insurance sales
✔ Proven track record of 20+ policies per month in a previous role

Compensation & Benefits:

✅ Base Allowance: GHS 1,500 per month (upon meeting sales targets)
✅ Additional commissions & incentives available
