Job Vacancy: Finance Manager
Job Summary:
The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in directing the financial strategy of the bank. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position oversees all financial activities, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and the ability to provide insights that drive financial performance and growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the development of the bank’s financial strategy.
- Initiate, coordinate, and manage the bank’s budget reviews and targets.
- Monitor the implementation of departmental strategic plans and assess progress.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare reconciliation statements for the bank’s accounts.
- Manage monthly reporting processes and explain variances to management.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of statutory reports to regulatory bodies.
- Manage the liquidity of the bank in collaboration with other departments.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or professional qualification (ICAG, ACCA, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, IFRS, and Bank of Ghana regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of Core Banking Software, preferably T24 Banking Application.

Job Vacancy: Operations Manager
Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will report to the CEO and oversee banking operations across all branches. This role ensures the implementation of effective banking operational functions, customer service enhancements, and business relationship management.
Core Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all branches and self-service channels (ATMs, Mobile, Internet Banking, etc.).
- Ensure central processing operations comply with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement standard operating policies and procedures.
- Prepare reconciliation statements for internal and suspense accounts.
- Investigate and resolve outstanding items on reconciliation statements.
- Supervise and monitor treasury management functions, including cash evacuations.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
- A Master’s Degree or professional qualification (ACIB, ACCA, ICAG, etc.) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with banking principles and rural banking operations.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Vacancy: Credit and Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
The Credit and Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the bank’s loans and advances portfolio, ensuring a robust credit management system. Additionally, the role supervises marketing activities, driving brand visibility and customer engagement.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Technical Advisor to the Management Credit Committee.
- Provide ongoing credit management training to staff.
- Manage relationships with credit reporting agencies and credit insurance providers.
- Oversee loan application processing, approvals, and disbursements.
- Lead loan recovery efforts and monitor credit performance.
- Prepare and submit prudential and statutory reports.
- Supervise the marketing officer to implement brand-building activities.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- A Master’s Degree or professional qualification (ACIB, CICM, CIMG, etc.) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in credit appraisal, monitoring, and recovery.
- Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and personal integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of T24 Banking Application.
