Job Vacancy: HVAC Technician

Job Description:

As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This includes monitoring system performance, conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for occupants while optimizing energy efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
• Ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have knowledge of refrigeration, troubleshooting AC, fridges, and AHV systems.

Job Vacancy: Water System Operator

Job Description:

The Water System Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining water treatment and distribution systems. The role ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations while providing clean and reliable water to the community or facility.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain water treatment, distribution, and pumping systems.
• Monitor water quality and conduct routine testing.
• Identify and resolve system issues to ensure efficient operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience in water system operations or a related field.
• Knowledge of pumps, filtration, and distribution systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies.
• Expertise in Reverse Osmosis (R.O), Softener, PSCT, MCOP (Multicolumn Distillation).
• Familiarity with documentation related to water systems.
