Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintenance Planning: Identify maintenance needs, create schedules, and prepare cost estimates for projects.
- Project Supervision: Oversee ongoing repairs and projects to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Property Inspections: Conduct inspections of company properties and prepare monthly reports.
- Inventory Management: Develop and maintain a fixed asset inventory system.
- Rental Management: Inspect properties, prepare rental advertisements, and negotiate rental agreements.
- Financial Management: Manage daily cash funds related to estates.
- Environmental Management: Ensure all properties are kept clean and well-maintained.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Degree Holders: A good first degree in Estate Management or Building Technology with 2+ years of experience.
- HND Holders: An HND in Estate Management or Building Technology with 3+ years of experience.
- Media Industry Advantage: Prior experience in a media environment will be considered a plus.
