Job Summary

MTN Ghana is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to design, model, document, and manage architectural frameworks across various domains, including Systems, Integration, Technology, Security, and Digital architecture. The ideal candidate will contribute to building an agile and integrated architecture, enhancing efficiency, and reducing risks.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the Enterprise Architecture Strategy.
• Implement and optimize cloud-based solutions on AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Support cloud migration while minimizing disruptions.
• Define enterprise architecture principles, standards, and blueprints.
• Develop integration models, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and ensure EA compliance.
• Drive Master Data Management (MDM) practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: BSc. in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• Certifications Preferred: TOGAF, eTOM, COBIT, Agile, ITIL, PMP/Prince 2.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar IT role in Telecoms.
  • At least 2 years in IT architecture.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture design, SDLC, data analytics.
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes, VMware, SAN, Windows, and Citrix.

If you have experience in Online Charging Systems (OCS), Value-Added Services (VAS), Messaging Platforms (SMSC/USSDGW), and Business Support Systems (BSS), this role is for you!

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement new services in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Manage third-party integrations and partnerships.
• Provide technical recommendations for platform enhancement.
• Monitor IN & VAS system performance.
• Oversee security compliance and change management processes.
• Optimize operation and maintenance procedures.
• Analyze and improve IN & VAS complaint resolution processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: BSc. in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
