
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-tier administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient operations within the organization, managing schedules, correspondence, and confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for executives.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives.
- Organize travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Assist with special projects, research, and ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Facilitate cross-divisional coordination and agenda planning for senior management meetings.
Board Support & Liaison:
- Serve as the CEO’s administrative liaison to the Board of Directors.
- Assist Board members with travel arrangements, lodging, and meal planning.
- Maintain confidentiality in interactions with all Board members.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance rules for board and committee matters.
- Manage and distribute materials before meetings in electronic/paper format.
- Prioritize and execute urgent matters efficiently while adhering to strict timelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting senior executives.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
