  • Not be receiving other scholarships, excluding travel or admission fee assistance.
  • Have at least N3 level Japanese proficiency (JLPT) or provide proof of equivalent language skills.
  • Demonstrate financial need (monthly living expenses under 100,000 JPY and requiring part-time work).
  • Show a commitment to making contributions in retail, services, finance, agriculture, IT, the environment, or development.
