Key Responsibilities

The selected intern will support the Tamale office to ensure smooth and effective operations. This includes:

  1. Office Coordination: Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  2. Project Management Support: Contribute to the planning and implementation of development projects.
  3. Data Management: Organize and maintain office records and project files.
  4. Communication Management: Facilitate internal and external communications via email, phone, and written reports.
  5. Logistics and Scheduling: Manage meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and office supplies.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet project objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

  • Degree Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related fields.
  • National Service Completion: Must have successfully completed National Service.
