Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver and sell baby diapers and wipes to retail stores, wholesalers, and individual customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned sales routes.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Follow established marketing and sales strategies to maximize outreach.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and customer interactions.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is well-maintained and compliant with all safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or a related industry.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer literacy is an added advantage.
• Must reside in or around Pokuase Mayera.
