Paradigm Roofing Systems, a Ghanaian roofing company, is looking for a motivated and experienced General Manager (Sales & Operations) to lead their team and drive growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the success of a growing company. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, leading and mentoring a team of sales representatives, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing them with the guidance, support, and motivation they need to succeed.
• Drive Growth: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize sales opportunities.
• Client Focus: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and marketing campaigns.
• Analyze and Improve: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
• Operations Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, with oversight responsibility over the office manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• Minimum five years of experience in a senior management role within the roofing or construction industry.
• Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional value.
• Knowledge of accounting is a plus.
