Job Overview

Christian Service University (CSU) is seeking qualified and dedicated professionals to join the Nursing & Midwifery Department as Midwifery and Nursing Lecturers.

Successful candidates will play a key role in shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals through teaching, research, and academic mentorship.

Job Responsibilities

✔ Provide high-quality teaching and academic instruction in assigned courses.
✔ Offer research support and guidance to students.
✔ Serve as an examiner for undergraduate courses.

Qualification & Experience

Midwifery Lecturer:

✔ A Master’s Degree (MSc/MPhil) or a Doctoral Degree (Doctor of Nursing Practice, PhD).
✔ Must be a registered midwife.
✔ At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience.

Nursing Lecturer:

✔ A Master’s Degree (MSc/MPhil) or a Doctoral Degree (Doctor of Nursing Practice, PhD).
✔ Must be a registered nurse.
✔ At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience.

Required Personal Qualities

✔ Must be a practicing Evangelical Christian with strong moral values.
✔ Demonstrates leadership, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
✔ Proven teaching, research, and publication experience.
✔ High work ethic, diligence, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
