
Are you an experienced HR professional looking to contribute to a dynamic organization? We are seeking a Human Resources Officer to manage employee relations, compliance policies, recruitment, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to enhance employee performance.
- Manage employee medical insurance policies for optimized benefits.
- Ensure compliance with business and customer policies to maintain sustainability.
- Handle confidential records of internal and external stakeholders.
- Administer employee leave in accordance with company policies.
- Foster strong management-union relationships for industrial harmony.
- Prepare monthly KPI reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in HR practice.
- Membership in a recognized HR certification body is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws, employment standards, and HR policies.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
