We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Head Cleaner to lead our cleaning team and ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Role Overview: Head Cleaner

The Head Cleaner will supervise and coordinate the cleaning team, ensuring that all areas of the restaurant, offices, hallways, bathrooms, and common areas are well-maintained. This role requires leadership skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of cleaning tools and materials.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team’s activities
✔️ Inspect the restaurant and surrounding areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
✔️ Recommend additional maintenance services, including painting, repairs, or renovations
✔️ Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling cleaning staff
✔️ Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments
✔️ Monitor inventory levels and request restocking of cleaning supplies
✔️ Ensure all assigned areas remain spotless, including dining areas, restrooms, and offices

What We’re Looking For

✅ Education: Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field
✅ Experience: 2-3 years of cleaning experience, preferably in hospitality or restaurant management
✅ Skills & Knowledge:

• Expertise in using cleaning tools, materials, and equipment
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to train and supervise a cleaning team
