Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Construct and install structural elements such as foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials like wood, steel, metal, concrete, and composites.
• Fit and install window frames, doors, door hardware, and interior/exterior trims, ensuring precision using tools such as carpenter’s levels and laser levels.
• Assemble scaffolding and ladders for working at heights.
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine project layouts and material requirements.
• Cut and shape materials to specified measurements using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace.
• Build and repair wooden structures, cabinets, doors, and frameworks.
• Secure materials together using screws, nails, dowel pins, and glue.
• Inspect structures for damages and carry out necessary repairs or replacements.
• Transport required materials around the job site and clear debris upon completion of tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong attention to detail with adherence to safety guidelines.
• Basic literacy skills to read and understand labels, warnings, and instructions.
• High school diploma (preferred but not required).
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial or residential carpentry.
• Proficiency in interpreting schematic diagrams, blueprints, and building plans.
• Strong knowledge of job site safety procedures and willingness to undergo company safety orientation.
