MTN Ghana is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst, Reporting to support financial data collection, analysis, and performance monitoring at the enterprise level. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work with financial and non-financial data to generate valuable insights.

Key Responsibilities

📊 Performance Reporting: Assist in preparing periodic reports for organizational performance monitoring.
📂 Data Collection & Validation: Gather financial and non-financial data from multiple systems and ensure accuracy before analysis.
📈 Variance Analysis: Perform trend and variance analysis to identify key business insights.
📑 Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with business partners to discuss performance results and share recommendations.
🔍 ERP Data Management: Load financial and non-financial data into ERP systems for further analysis.
📝 Report Preparation: Create initial drafts of performance reports and submit them for approval.
📌 Process Improvement: Identify areas for efficiency and recommend improvements in financial reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

✔ Education: Degree in Accounting/Finance.
✔ Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
✔ Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience in telecom finance is a plus.
