Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to manage office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will handle clerical tasks, ensure smooth office functions, and provide excellent support to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls, respond to queries, and reply to emails professionally.
  • Prepare expense reports and manage office budgets.
  • Oversee office supplies and order new materials as required.
  • Organize and maintain company documents systematically.
  • Forward correspondence, such as letters and packages, to relevant staff.
  • Schedule meetings and book conference rooms efficiently.
  • Hire maintenance vendors for office equipment repairs and replacements.

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • HND or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of business management practices.
