Job Title: Site Architect

Job Overview

Are you a skilled architect passionate about turning design concepts into reality? We are seeking a Site Architect to oversee the architectural aspects of our construction projects. You will ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards while collaborating closely with contractors, engineers, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate As-Built Drawings: Conduct site visits and field inspections to gather measurements, photos, and documentation of existing structures.
• Translate Field Data into Drawings: Create detailed as-built drawings to support design and renovation projects.
• Produce 3D Models: Utilize advanced architectural software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other BIM tools to develop highly accurate 3D models incorporating site conditions and structural details.
• Assist in Master Planning: Use as-built information to contribute to strategic planning and development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience in producing high-quality as-built drawings.
• Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling software (Revit is highly preferred; SketchUp, Rhino, and AutoCAD knowledge is a plus).
• Strong understanding of architectural documentation standards and building codes.
• Familiarity with construction materials, building systems, and structural components.
