Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate, draft, and implement legal agreements
  • Integrate company policies into contracts and provide legal advice

  • Ensure compliance with Ghanaian laws and company policies
  • Provide legal support for company projects and internal policies
  • Establish organized contract records

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law with Professional Qualifying Certificate (Called to the Bar)
  • Postgraduate qualification in Commercial or Communications Law (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in commercial/corporate law
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory role with exposure to commercial transactions
  • Telecom/Finance experience is an advantage

Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of commercial laws, fintech, telecom laws, labor laws, etc.
  • Strong contract and litigation management skills
  • Research, writing, and negotiation expertise
  • Stakeholder and conflict management
  • Business acumen and effective communication skills
