Position Details

1. Data Processing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Enter data into systems using online terminals and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Investigate and reconcile discrepancies in files.
Organize and code documents for entry into computer systems.
Maintain and file reference materials for accurate coding.
Answer phone calls, screen inquiries, and compose correspondence as needed.
Assist with additional tasks as required, ensuring smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

HND or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field is desirable.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
Strong command of English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

2. Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments, manage event calendars, and send reminders.
Handle typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
Arrange travel, manage correspondence, and liaise with internal departments.
Maintain databases, enter data, and keep accurate records.
Prepare facilities for events and manage office supplies and mail services.
Observe business etiquette and provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management.

Qualifications:

HND or degree; certification in secretarial work or office administration is advantageous.
