General Qualifications for Applicants

  • Proficient use of Personal Computers and MS Office software suite
  • Familiarity with web-based systems
  • Effective teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
  • Leadership abilities and capacity to drive change
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Organized planning with flexibility for successful idea implementation
  • Minimum of five (5) credits in SSCE/WASSCE, including English Language and Mathematics, in one sitting, or six (6) credits in no more than two sittings, including English Language and Mathematics

Available Positions and Their Requirements

1. Data Analyst / Programmer II

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enhance data collection and utilization for decision-making
  • Implement new tools, methods, and processes
  • Advise management on new data science techniques
  • Conduct in-depth data analyses and present findings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (at least Second Class Lower Division)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and R or Python
  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in data analysis

Additional Advantage:

  • Experience with Power BI, statistical analysis tools, and data visualization software

2. Research Officer II

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and supervise research projects
  • Maintain the research database
  • Interpret data and write reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a Master’s Degree in Measurement and Evaluation
  • Minimum of three (3) years post-NYSC relevant work experience

3. Legal Officer II

Job Responsibilities:

  • Undertake due diligence and compliance tasks
  • Provide advisory services on legal matters
  • Develop guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Conduct legal research

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized University
  • Member of the Nigeria Bar Association
  • Minimum of three (3) years post-NYSC relevant work experience

4. Application Programmer II

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software applications
  • Maintain web-based applications
  • Advise management on IT needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience in software development and web technologies
  • Minimum of three (3) years of practical experience

5. Medical Officer II

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical management and counseling for staff
  • Conduct medical assessments and documentation
  • Develop health programs for staff

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Medicine and Surgery
  • Full registration with the MDCN and a valid practicing license
  • Minimum of three (3) years post-NYSC relevant experience

6. Accountant II

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Accounts staff and handle financial data
  • Analyze revenue and expenditure trends
  • Prepare and monitor annual budgets
  • Conduct financial and cost analysis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Associate member of ICAN or ACCA UK
  • Minimum of three (3) years post-NYSC professional qualification experience

7. Aptitude Tests Development Officer II

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and compile aptitude test items
  • Organize item writing workshops

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology
  • Minimum of three (3) years post-NYSC relevant work experience

8. Network Administrator / Computer Hardware Maintenance Engineer II

Job Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure network devices
  • Resolve network-related issues and monitor systems
  • Provide network administration and support

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
  • Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, and CCNP
  • Minimum of three (3) years post-NYSC relevant experience

9. Senior Public Affairs Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write press releases and reports
  • Maintain relationships with the media and stakeholders
  • Organize press briefings and events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related field
  • Minimum of ten (10) years post-NYSC relevant work experience

10. Human Resource Management Officer II

Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement HR policies
  • Handle staff and management issues
  • Coordinate HR matters related to employee records

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Professional certification in CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or related certifications
  • Minimum of three (3) years post-NYSC relevant work experience

11. Internal Auditor II

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate internal control systems
  • Assess the reliability of accounting data
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Safeguard assets and prepare reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or relevant discipline
  • Associate member of ICAN, ACCA, or ACA
  • Minimum of three (3) years post-NYSC relevant work experience

12. Assistant Registrar II (Various Disciplines)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage academic records and registration processes
  • Implement and monitor academic policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields (minimum of Second Class Lower Division)
  • Master’s Degree in Measurement and Evaluation is an advantage
  • Minimum of three (3) years post-NYSC teaching experience
