Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a national of one of the 12 qualifying West African nations:
- Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Côte d’Ivoire, The Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Togo.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper Division or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Have at least intermediate proficiency in the English language.
- Other ECOWAS member nations may be accepted as self-financed students, depending on availability.

- WASSCE or SSCE Qualification (for English-speaking nations)
- Two recommendation letters from professors or researchers
- Copy of identification document

- Proof of work experience (if applicable)
- Letter of commitment to pay a registration fee of 30 Euros upon admission
