The technical director of the Ghana Football Authority wants to make changes in the Black Stars. The German wants to make these changes after the Black Star failed to secure an early qualification to the 2021 AFCON. After losing 1-0 t0 Sudan last month.

Lippert has asked questions about the technical abilities of the assistant coach of the Black Stars. The technical director wants the former  Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko coach to be sacked.

The 58-year-old  has told close friends he is ready to see the back of the no-nonsense trainer.

The German is believed to be unimpressed with coach Duncan. Lippert is unimpressed with the work ethic of the tough-talking Ghanaian coach.

Coach Duncan replaced Ibrahim Tanko after dissolving all technical teams of the national teams.

There seems to be fears of suspicions and sabotage within the Black Stars technical team. This is coupled with Lippert’s desire to see Duncan fired.

The assistant coach of the Black Stars is seen by many as controversial. Duncan led Ghana’s U-17 to win silver at the 2005 Africa under-17 Championship. He also worked as head coach for the Ghana U-23 in 2011.

The former coach has won trophies with Ashanti Gold, Hearts of Oak and Kotoko. He has also won Macufe Cup in 2006, GHALCA President Cup in 2013 and SWAG Cup in 2015.

Coach David Duncan has also worked with FC Copenhagen, Esberg FC in Denmark as well as Free State Stars in South Africa.

Unfortunately, for the coach, his association with the Black Stars is not working according to plan. This is characterized with moves to get him replaced set in full motion.
