The Ghana Scholarships Secretariat (SCHOLSEC) is pleased to announce the opening of the local scholarship portal for the 2023/24 academic year. Applications are accepted starting Thursday, December 28th, 2023.
Eligibility Criteria: To be considered eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Have gained admission to a local tertiary institution and completed the registration process for the chosen program.
- Be a Ghanaian citizen residing in Ghana.
- Not be in the final year of study.
- Continuing students are required to provide their academic transcripts for evaluation.
- Submission of admission letters is mandatory.
Location: North Ridge, GES Council Building, situated behind Accra High School.
PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION AT SCHOLSEC GHANA’S SCHOLARSHIPS: All interested applicants are required to visit the scholarship portal at www.scholarshipgh.com.
- Create an account to initiate the registration process.
- Complete the application form and upload academic transcripts, admission letters, and academic certificates.
- Successfully complete an online aptitude test.
- Application deadline: February 15th, 2024.
Applicants should be aware that the services provided by the Secretariat are entirely free, and no individual, group, or third-party entity has been authorized by the Secretariat to assist any applicant.
