1. Manager, Brands & Advertising
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative strategies.
- Manage agencies for creative, digital, and media outputs.
- Ensure adherence to MTN communication standards and budget limits.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align branding efforts with company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Brand and Marketing Communications (3 years in a supervisory role).
- Strong skills in negotiation, media relations, and marketing acumen.
2. Manager, Quality Assurance Monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer feedback programs like Closed Loop Feedback and Mystery Shopping.
- Identify customer experience improvement initiatives.
- Develop customer-centric projects and ensure adherence to evaluation policies.
- Organize workshops and provide timely reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience (3 years in a supervisory role).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, reporting, and communication skills.
3. Senior Analyst – Commercial Performance & Business Intelligence
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop methodologies for evaluating commercial performance.
- Create automated dashboards and perform root cause analysis for revenue drivers.
- Support implementation of commercial initiatives with data insights.
- Track and report on marketing Opex and departmental spend.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field (Postgraduate/MBA preferred).
- 5 years of relevant experience in telecoms or technology (3 years in a supervisory role).
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and statistical analysis.
