P.M.Renaissance Expectation
Personnel must be highly organized, a skilled writer and communicator, agile, and a self-starter with a passion for creating meaningful and insightful content about the changing trends in the market.
You must be a skillful communicator who understands content strategy and messaging, along with sharp writing and editing skills coupled with experience preparing content for multiple channels, including websites, digital, mobile, print, and various social media outlets. This person assists in planning and developing content that will support multiple areas of the business by facilitating creativity, application, and conversion.
P.M.Renaissance will assign the following Key Responsibilities to the IT Officer

- Manage control room software systems and support control room team
- Install and configure computer hardware
- Monitor and maintain company computer systems and networks
- Assisting staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face; email or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate to supplier or partner organizations as required
- Enhance office IT system through appropriate upgrades.
- Taking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
- Train staff on utilising existing technology
- Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
- Generate reports on incidents/ HSE and monthly reports as and when required
- Manage control room software systems and support control room team

Requirements
-
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or IT
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience in the IT field
- Professional IT certification (CCNA, CCNP etc.) is an advantage
- Knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WLAN installation, configuration, troubleshooting.
- Good interpersonal skills
