P.M.Renaissance seeks for Control Room Operator

P.M.Renaissance is a reputable name in the water and beverage industry producing new and exciting brands. We are currently looking for a fit for the position of Control Room Operator

P.M.Renaissance Expectation

The  Control Room Operator liaises between the Control Room and field teams, through effective communication and logistical support measures.

P.M.Renaissance will assign the following Key Responsibilities to the Control Room Operator

• Daily Monitoring of site locations applying strong communication procedures with site contractors, supervisors and Patrol Teams.
• Contact sites, confirm Site Stability and record accordingly.
• Monitoring of all Security Officers’ (SO’s) movement, communications and record appropriately.
• Channeling Client and Security Officers technical support and service requirements to relevant department heads.
• Analyzing and relaying all field reports in a coherent and detailed manner to Department Heads.
• Prepare daily reports concerning Incident Reports, Deployment, Security Officer Attendance, Vehicle deployment and fuel usage.
• Maintain an accurate directory of all Company, Client, Government Security Service  personnel.
• Ensure suitable stocks of fuel for on-site generator with monitoring and recording duties.

• Ensures effective shift handovers are completed with full briefing of shift activities..

• Recording vehicle usage and movement.

Requirements

• • At least and HND in IT, Computer Science or related subjects
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a similar role within IT and Telecommunications
  • Experience working in a call centre will be an advantage.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience.
  • Ability to write simple and complex reports.
  • Should have flexible working hours (Day and Night and weekends)
  • Should be a team player and take initiative
  • Should have good communication skills
