An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Technical Implementation Consultant to urgently join our team in Tema, Ghana on a Contract basis, leading to full time employment.
This is the ideal role for a technical implementation professional with a track record of providing ERP and SAP Business One application development and support looking to develop their career with a forward-thinking company. As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for providing key implementation support and consultancy services to our customers and their clients. You’ll help to upgrade B1 systems and implement new products for an established customer base.
Working as part of the dedicated Client Service Team, you’ll install new version upgrades and provide a complete, end-to-end upgrade service. You’ll oversee the smooth implementation of agreed services according to existing protocol and processes as well as carry out training and hand-holding during go-live.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES | NOSMAY
Your other duties will include:
- Providing consultancy services, including training, Crystal and SQL amendments
- Producing supporting paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
- Working with third party product suppliers
JOB SPECIFICATION | NOSMAY
To be considered for this role, you must have:
– ERP support and implementation experience
– Experience of SAP Business One support and implementation
– A SAP Business One accreditation or equivalent
As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you must have strong communication skills, an enthusiastic approach and an analytical mindset, Focused and self-motivated, you must also possess a strong customer focus and the ability to work effectively within a team.
