We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager, BSS, and Digital Operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or its equivalent
  • Microsoft and/or Cisco Professional Certifications.
  • ITIL Practitioner Certified.
  • Should have attended and attained some hours of Management and Leadership training/workshops
  • COBIT5: Business Framework for the Governance and Management of Enterprise IT
  • 2G, 3G and 4G Technologies

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years IT experience in the Telecoms and Digital Services industry. With at least 3 years in a Supervisory role.

Competencies

Knowledge

  • Sound knowledge of internetworking technology.
  • Knowledge of security areas such as Auditing, Policy, Database Security
  • Risk and data flow Analysis
  • System capabilities, limitations, and programming logic (Mandatory).
  • 2G, 3G and 4G Technologies
  • Basic TCP/IP, LAN and WAN Topologies
  • IT Service Management (ITSM) or ITIL Standards Framework expertise.
  • COBIT Certification

Skills/Physical Competencies:

  • Ability to manage own time and workload and juggle conflicting priorities
  • Demonstrate evidence of influencing and coaching skills
  • Professional approach with a can do attitude
  • Courage Skills- Manages self and team performance, good conflict management, takes and manages accountability
  • Energy & Drive – Innovative, takes initiative, result oriented and develops self consistently
  • Interpersonal Skills – Leadership, customer centricity, collaborative and coaches & develops direct reports personal Skills -Trustworthy, integrity and ethical in dealings
  • Operating Skills – Ability to focus on priorities and plans, manages and monitors work effectively
  • Organizational Positioning Skills – Good written and verbal communication, commitment to the organization
  • Strategic Skills – Global thinker, Analytical thinking, and Problem-solving abilities.
