MTN Ghana Foundation Bright Scholarship: Applications Close May 31st

The MTN Ghana Foundation is offering scholarships to continuing Ghanaian students facing financial difficulties.

200 Scholarships Available for 2024/2025 Academic Year

The Bright Scholarship program is open to continuing students enrolled in a first degree program at any public tertiary institution or pursuing vocational and technical skills training. This year, the program has doubled the number of scholarships available, awarding 200 to deserving students.

Scholarship Covers Tuition, Accommodation, and More

The MTN Bright Scholarship is a comprehensive financial aid package that covers the cost of tuition and accommodation. It also provides a stipend for books and includes a device for the beneficiaries.

Reduced Financial Burden, Increased Opportunity

“We have doubled the number of beneficiaries this year because of the compelling needs in society,” said Adwoa Wiafe, MTN’s Chief Corporate Services and Sustainability Officer. “We are confident that this will ease the financial burden on needy students and reduce the number of students dropping out of school due to financial constraints.”

A Continued Commitment to Education

The MTN Bright Scholarship program was launched in 2018 as part of MTN’s 20th-anniversary celebration commitment to Ghanaians. The foundation initially pledged to award 300 scholarships over three years. The program’s positive impact led to its renewal in 2021 during MTN’s 25th anniversary.

Don’t miss out! Apply for the MTN Ghana Foundation Bright Scholarship before the May 31st deadline.
