AngloGold Ashanti (Ghana) Limited, Obuasi Gold Mine is currently near completion of the redevelopment phase to become a modern, efficient and long-term profitable operation. The underground mining operation has been fully mechanized and designed to produce up to an average maximum of 5,000 t/day of ore mined.
AngloGold Ashanti are seeking an experienced and self-motivated person to join our dedicated team for the positions below:
1 . PLANT DAY SUPERVISOR: GOLDROOM_GRAVITY_PLANT SERVICES
The incumbent will ensure the final product of the process plant comes out in the form of bullion and assist in the dispatch of same. He/she will liaise with the shift team to ensure the elution schedule is properly followed right from CIL carbon management to electrowinning cycles. The role demands decisiveness, sacrifice, commitment and excellent organizational skills.

3 . MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST – PROCESS PLANT
The Maintenance Specialist is accountable for maintaining production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment are monitored and controlled to standard, through the application of operational engineering policies, standards, processes and procedures to maximise plant availability in a sustainable cost-effective manner and minimize operational risks in order to meet the business’ strategic objective.

4 . WINDER SPECIALIST – ELECTRICAL (15500)
The Winder Specialist – Electrical is accountable for monitoring and control of quality of winder electrical technicians and thus of the winding equipment to ensure the operation is at all times compliant, safe, in accordance with operational and Engineering policies, standards, systems and procedures to maximize plant availability in a sustainable cost-effective manner and minimize operational risks in order to meet the business’ strategic objective.
