
Groupe Sebastien, a dynamic management company overseeing multiple brands in the restaurant, catering, and education sectors, is looking for a Technical Support Lead (TSL) to manage and maintain IT infrastructure across all units.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Equipment & Software Management – Oversee computers, database software, network servers, and CCTV systems.
Procurement & Installation – Identify, recommend, and assist in procuring necessary IT equipment and software.
Network & Server Administration – Manage security, backups, and ensure smooth operation of internet and telecommunication systems.
Technical Support – Provide troubleshooting and support for company software, including Talli, BIMPOS, and financial systems.
Maintenance & Customization – Regularly update and maintain existing IT programs and systems to meet industry standards.
Operational Support – Work closely with the Operations Manager to provide periodic reports and ensure IT efficiency across all units.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Minimum of HND/Degree in IT or related field OR Certification from a recognized IT institution.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in IT support, including hardware/software installation, repairs, and CCTV maintenance.
Skills: Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and IT troubleshooting.
Benefits & Compensation:
Salary: GHS 2,000 – GHS 3,000 per month
