What Does a Social Media Executive Do?

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies
Design innovative social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Snapchat.
Content Creation and Trend Monitoring
Craft engaging blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia content. Stay updated with emerging trends to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
Analytics and Reporting
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to measure performance and offer actionable insights. Showcase ROI for campaigns through measurable goals.
Customer Interaction
Actively monitor and respond to feedback, comments, and inquiries on social platforms. Foster strong online relationships.
Collaboration and Strategy Development
Work closely with other departments to create a cohesive online marketing plan. Oversee competitions and campaigns to increase visibility and attract new customers.

Business Development Responsibilities

Research potential clients, markets, and trends to expand business opportunities.
