What Does a Social Media Executive Do?
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies
Design innovative social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Snapchat. - Content Creation and Trend Monitoring
Craft engaging blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia content. Stay updated with emerging trends to ensure our strategies remain competitive. - Analytics and Reporting
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to measure performance and offer actionable insights. Showcase ROI for campaigns through measurable goals. - Customer Interaction
Actively monitor and respond to feedback, comments, and inquiries on social platforms. Foster strong online relationships. - Collaboration and Strategy Development
Work closely with other departments to create a cohesive online marketing plan. Oversee competitions and campaigns to increase visibility and attract new customers.
Business Development Responsibilities
- Research potential clients, markets, and trends to expand business opportunities.
