We are looking for dynamic Recovery/Marketing Officers to join our company. The ideal candidates will support the company’s vision by implementing effective marketing and recovery strategies to:

• Attract new clients within Accra by strengthening the company’s image and market presence. • Maximize recovery efforts and minimize arrears effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver marketing campaigns within specified time frames. • Assist in implementing marketing strategies with defined objectives and targets. • Analyze marketing trends and competitive strategies in assigned regions, making adjustments as needed. • Support internal and external marketing goals aligned with the company’s objectives. • Manage delinquent accounts through consistent execution of recovery procedures, ensuring full recovery actions are taken. • Take remedial actions to maintain performance in line with business objectives. • Handle administrative duties and other collection/recovery-related tasks. • Monitor accounts daily in accordance with approved collection strategies.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• HND or Degree in accounting, finance, banking, business, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a credit officer. • Thorough knowledge of loan application processes and best lending practices in line with state laws and regulations. • Proficiency in loan management software. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Excellent analytical abilities and experience working with complex financial data. • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to perform well under pressure. • High ethical standards and capability to handle sensitive financial information.
