We provide crop protection, plant health clinics, and climate-smart agricultural training. Our latest project focuses on transforming agricultural waste into biochar, wood vinegar, and biochar-based fertilizers in Ghana’s Western, Greater Accra, and Northern Regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project implementation, ensuring objectives are achieved within budget and timeline.
- Develop and execute project plans, goals, and performance metrics.
- Supervise Production Managers across three regions and provide strategic guidance.
- Foster partnerships with stakeholders, including government agencies and local communities.
- Manage budgets and ensure financial accountability.
- Monitor progress, assess risks, and generate regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements and organizational policies.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the MD.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 5 years of project management experience, ideally in agriculture, environmental management, or sustainable development.
- Proven track record in budget management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience collaborating with international donors, NGOs, or private sector organizations.
- Familiarity with Ghana’s agricultural policies and sustainability initiatives.
