Job Vacancy: Mobile, VAS Products, and Presales Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with expertise in mobile and value-added services (VAS) products? We are seeking a Mobile, VAS Products, and Presales Manager to join our AT Business Department and play a key role in driving revenue growth. Reporting to the Director of Products and Commercial Marketing, you will manage product lifecycles, conduct performance analysis, and provide presales support to ensure enterprise business success.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management

  • Develop and launch new product proposals backed by market research and competitive analysis.
  • Oversee product development, ensuring cost-efficiency and high quality.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of in-life products and services, making strategic investment and withdrawal decisions.
  • Collaborate with Finance to establish competitive pricing strategies with strong profit margins.
  • Coordinate marketing communications to effectively position products and services.

Presales Support

  • Provide technical expertise to the sales team during the presales process.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs and create tailored solutions for customers.
  • Analyze customer requirements, industry trends, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop sales collateral, presentations, and case studies to support business development.

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team in creating proposals, making presentations, and closing deals.
  • Ensure the right solutions are deployed to meet customer needs.
  • Support in resolving customer issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achieve total revenue and acquisition targets.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Improve presales support metrics, including RFP response rate and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom, VAS, or IT managed services.
  • Proven expertise in commercial and pricing strategies within the telecom industry.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, or programming knowledge is a plus).
