Key Responsibilities

• Manage bank accounts, investments, collections, and cash flow forecasting.
• Supervise and review bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure cash and bank balances align with SLAs without long overdue outstanding items.
• Optimize banking service costs while maintaining strong banking relationships.
• Oversee interest rates, bank charges, and maintain an interest register.
• Monitor foreign exchange (FX) reports and revaluation processes.
• Ensure the timely processing of transfers and documentation accuracy.
• Facilitate reconciliation of cash balances to the General Ledger (GL) and generate reports.
• Ensure sufficient daily funds to meet MTN Ghana’s payables.
• Verify the validity of banking charges and transaction fees.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Professional certification (ACCA/CA/CIB) required.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
