The High Commission of the Republic of Mozambique in Accra, Ghana is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Executive Secretary.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth operation of the High Commission.
  • Manage the Executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a secretarial course at the high school level.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Fluency in English language is required.
  • Working knowledge of Portuguese language is a strong asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload are necessary.
