The High Commission of the Republic of Mozambique in Accra, Ghana is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Executive Secretary.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth operation of the High Commission.
- Manage the Executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
- Prepare and maintain correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a secretarial course at the high school level.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Fluency in English language is required.
- Working knowledge of Portuguese language is a strong asset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload are necessary.
