We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Head Cleaner to lead our cleaning team and ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Role Overview: Head Cleaner

The Head Cleaner will supervise and coordinate the cleaning team, ensuring that all areas of the restaurant, offices, hallways, bathrooms, and common areas are well-maintained. This role requires leadership skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of cleaning tools and materials.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team’s activities
Inspect the restaurant and surrounding areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Recommend additional maintenance services, including painting, repairs, or renovations
Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling cleaning staff
Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments
Monitor inventory levels and request restocking of cleaning supplies
Ensure all assigned areas remain spotless, including dining areas, restrooms, and offices

What We’re Looking For

Education: Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field
Experience: 2-3 years of cleaning experience, preferably in hospitality or restaurant management
Skills & Knowledge:

• Expertise in using cleaning tools, materials, and equipment
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to train and supervise a cleaning team
